Sprint Credit Union Member Cash Rewards Offer Enhancement!

Effective November 21, 2018, the existing Sprint offer is being enhanced to reflect the following changes:

Credit union members earn $100 in cash rewards per new line on unlimited lines with Sprint
Credit union members receive a $100 annual loyalty reward every year
Plus, 25% off select accessories purchased in Sprint stores

Great news! Both new and existing members can take advantage of earning $100 in cash rewards per new line on unlimited lines! New lines are no longer capped at $300 so now is the perfect time to switch to Sprint and add more family members to your plan.

Current Sprint Customers

Credit union members who transfer into the program receive a $100 annual loyalty reward on their 12-month anniversary of transferring into the Cash Reward program.

All members must register at LoveMyCreditUnion.org/SprintRewards to enjoy these exclusive benefits.

How will this impact members who registered prior to 11/21:

Members who registered prior to 11/21, will be grandfathered into the program terms and conditions at the time of their activation and registration.

How will this impact my credit union?

When do I need to update program marketing materials?

Your credit union will need to update your Sprint Credit Union Member Cash Rewards marketing materials as soon as possible as this will replace the current offer effective November 21, 2018.
If your credit union has properly uploaded the HTML code for the Sprint web banners in the Partner CenterOpens a New Window.; the updated web banner will automatically update. If you did not use the HTML code, then you will need to manually update your web banner.

What if I already sent out a communication (such as a newsletter) that will hit post 11/21?

No worries, Sprint will honor the current offer if it is more favorable to your members.

Will this offer impact my quarterly Sprint revenue?

No, the revenue structure will remain the same as it has been throughout the year. With a better member value proposition, we anticipate a lift in program engagements and participation. Credit unions will receive $23 for each new Sprint line activation*. To receive the revenue share credit unions must complete the marketing requirements for 2018.

*$23.00 on each new line activated on the Sprint program. “New line” is a line(s) added when opening a new Sprint account or a new line added within 30 days of account activation
